Ni interview aku last year, malas nak describe sebab this is my first time interview for any job.

*LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE*

then aku dapat interview as Pembantu Tadbir Kewangan at MPJBT,

and of course after Ujian Lisan,

That time aku dapat 71.7 kut.

The highest but fail.

mau tak nya, tekedu first time interview by group,

A group ada lima orang candidates.

Yang ini aku tak join sebab , ketinggian aku 146 ! Dia nak 155 ~

THIS is for my present ,

we not prevent "ejek - mengejek"

we are not close and do not recognize them

sebab kita tak rapat dengan mereka bermasalah , tidak cuba mengetahui masalah mereka !

tak kisah siapa pun kita !

parents ! teacher ! siblings ! semua main peranan

parents taknak cikgu disiplin marah anak mereka and so on..

teacher , dah tahu pelajar ad masalah, tak cuba untuk settlekan , bina hubungan baik, bukan sisih mereka

siblings , terlalu sibuk dengan kawan lupa nak rapat dengn keluarga sendiri , discuss masalah depa, bukan duk penting diri hang je !

*KAU DH BESAQ , PANDAI2 LAH NAK HIDUP* 

GUYS ! PREVENT , SEBELUM BNYAK LAGI ANAK MUDA ROSAK SEBAB SILAP KITA SENDIRI.

Here I learn a lot how to treat a customer, it’s not easy as you think.

Our good service will give effect to our sales.

At Red Mart, I met a lot of people; some of them are foreigner as I can treat them well to achieve my organisation goal. “We have to treat right to increase likelihood of repeat business. It’s very important to build relationship with customers.

I love to talk with Vietnamese as they are too kind, even their English and Malay not good at all, but using their body language, we can guess what they talking about is more accurate.

A long time ago, I’m a person who is a very shy girl but not “shy shy cat”. But after working at Red Mart, it encourages me to being good in communication skill.

Some of regular customers help me to talk too much, when we’re becomes friend, no more shy at work.

Before working at Red Mart, meets people is one of things that I hate. I hate to talk! I hate to speak! But now, No More!

Every place will teach you new things, new experience. It’s depends on you to accept it.

i can tell you people at Venture are nice, as i got interview this morning .

Nice people ! Excellent time management ! Clean and Tidy ! Guard at PLO 1 and PLO 5 was nice too :)

Pengalaman Interview sbg HR Assistant

EXPERIENCE INTERVIEW AT VENTURE TEBRAU 1 AS HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

Okay, first of all tergamam gila bakhangg nak speaking London in introduce yourself. Sbb aku tak expect aku akan speaking. Cuak jugak , sebab tak pernah kan…. So far okay lh. Get  another experience kan. Hehe

Mula2 aku sampai jam sembilan pagi , breakfast jap , prepare untuk interview as read my short notes about HR. Sampai je kat sana, disambut baik oleh guard. Tapi salah kilang pulak ! hahaha.

Venue dia PLO 5, aku lak pergi PLO1. Tapi sebab PLO5 dah pudar. Aku tak perasan kilang tu yang aku patut pergi . heheheh

Masuk isi attendance kat guard . peramah sangat makcik india tu, kalau aku dapat kerja sini, makcik itu lah aku akan buat jadi aunt aku. Seriously, aku suka bergaul dengan kaum lain, foreigner and so on.

So after that dia suruh aku ke bilik HR. Ade lagi rakan perjuangan kat dalam, aku lupa nama dia. Jadi aku sempat tanya umur, pengalaman kerja, qualification dia . Then,dia tanya aku punya expected salary, hahahaha. So aku simpulkan , dia kakak aku . hehehe . sopan je akak tu, ada experience kerani pulak tu . wuuu best nyaaa.

Ada pulak lelaki nama Azman ni, pergi tolak pintu yang tertulis “TARIK”. Berdekah aku gelak. Muka mamat tu macam dah bengang. Kena gelak sebab ini dapat hilang nervous aku. Aku tak tahan betul kalau ada orang buat benda pelik. hilang ngantuk aku . hahaha .

Then dia boleh berdiri macam tiang lampu, lama gak, then tanya “Ni HR kan?” aku nak betulkan kesilapan sebab gelakkan dia.  So aku jawab lah “HAah,Bang call lah 237, tu nombor HR” . dia boleh pulak Tanya THUMBPRINT tu ke, tahan gelak . “ tu phone kat sebelah.” Then dia gelak. Dia asyik kena pass dengan HR sampai tiga kali, aku senyum je .Kesian. Procedure company kan, redha je lah mamat tu.

So turn akak tu masuk bilik tu, about 20 minutes kut. Aku boleh lak sembang dengan akak Nepal yang nak pergi klinik tu, she was so nice. Sebab suka sangat bercakap , aku asyik cari part nak kenal dan sembang. Sempat gak layan tv HR ACTIVITY. Macam best ! Nak kerja sini !

Then turn aku. –Btw , aku record tau, untuk improvement aku. Hahaha.

Ni cara trace silap sendiri. Kegunaan masa depan. 

Abang yang interview tanya dah makan ke ,macam-macam lah. He looks like still young but I like to call any boy abang . nampak nice , cute , sopan. Acecey ! tu tanda aku hormat dia.

Then abang tu minta sijil. Kakak lagi sorang suruh aku introduce in English ! ternganga . hahaha.

About 15 minute tempoh interview aku tau !

Layan je laaa , then guna dwilanguage sebab depa dah asyek tanya in Malay, takkan nak jawab English, (sebenarnya sebab aku lemah speaking) kena improve speaking.

Cara Atasi Masalah Lupa

kau asyik lupa je nak buat apa?
homework asyik tersadai je?
banyak kali baca, tapi tak ingat?
asyik2 lupa ! urgh macam mana nak buat ni.
simple je weh .
WRITE IT ON A PAPER.
beli sticky notes banyak2. colourful.
wahh ! semangat sikit kan.
tak kira dalam hidup ini kau nak apa, nak berjaya, nak boss bangga,nak selesai masalah, nak bina kerjaya sendiri,nak buat resepi,
Whatever you want out of life,write it down on paper.
If you do not write it down, it just some thought in your head !
Write it to change your whole life :')
Writing it down on paper changed it to something real,on fire,alive.
Writing it down on paper was like planting a seed in the ground.
Believe me writing a thing down on paper works and HOW!
Writing a thing down on paper signals the subconscious mind to work on it, to incubate, to gestate,to create..... to realize the thing..... to turn a wish into a fact......

I got confused to post in Malay or in English. English is better but I just want to say MY ENGLISH was bad. But I really want to learn better in English.

As I read The Success Journey written by Frank Tibolt, I want to give you what I get in this book. Seriously, I read this book for two years. But I still not finish it. Why? There are many things I need to do from that book.

First step to be success!

You have to finish what you need to do for tomorrow.  You have to get the things done.

Do you want to know that normally people are on daydreaming about 70 minutes-120 minutes per day?

Now, let’s use those 20 minutes to make you become more discipline.

PUT THIS CARD IN YOUR POCKET AND THE FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING, LOOK AT ITEM 1 AND START WORKING ON IT. LOOK EVERY HOUR ON THE HOUR. UNTIL YOU FINISH IT.

IT’S OKAY YOU HAVEN’T TO FINISH NUMBER 1, AT LEAST, NUMBER 2, 3 AND 4 ARE DONE . THE MOST IMPORTANT YOU ARE WORKING ON THE MOST IMPORTANT.

Iyelah kita ingatkan, yang nombor satu penting, rupa-rupanya nombor 2. Mungkin ada problem yang mnyebabkan kita kena settle nombor 2 dan 3 dulu. Okay, get it?

IF YOU CAN’T FINISH ALL, TRANSFER IT TO THE NEXT DAY AS MOST URGENT TASKS.

Jangan lupa tau, nak buat tasks hari baru masukkan sekali yang tak selesai pada hari ini.

Nobody give me strength . I've to find my own motivator.

already give up. what to do ? i want to continue my further study but do not have financial support.

wanna work at better place. nobody want me. no experience . too young.

if you not give me the opportunity , when i will get the chance to gain experience.

setelah berjam lamanya download quotes di google , aku balik pada blogging.
just wanna say; yang aku lapar sangat sekarang.
kotak idea pun memang kosong gila untuk berkongsi. plus belum tidur lagi.
dengan serabut kerja belum dapat. tapi nak simpan deposit untuk beli rumah lagi.
start from now, memang nak kena ada ilmu bidang hartanah.
kerana aku pernah beringinan mempunyai few house untuk disewakan.
kerana bidang hartanah mempunyai peluang yg cerah untuk berjaya.
