START BUILD YOUR SELF CONFIDENCE

WEEK1            :Praiseworthy in different person every day

WEEK2            :Limit your TV to one hour - do exercise

WEEK3            :Cut desert – 30 minutes a day reading biography

WEEK4            :If enjoy coffee or coke – cut their consumption in half

WEEK5            :Cut out one unnecessary expense item every day and put the money saved drawing interest

WEEK6            :30 minutes every day thinking up some way to improve some part of your job

WEEK7            :Limit your TV to one hour for one week – reading biography

WEEK8            :Compel yourself to talk first to some stranger or someone you usually ignore

WEEK9            :Think back. What specific thing have you put off weeks or months

WEEK10         :Spend 30 minutes a day reading some uninteresting but useful book

WEEK11         :Spend 30 minutes a day to think up some way to improve some part of your job

WEEK12         :Spend 30 minutes a day thinking about future

WEEK13         :Make 13 projects for your next 3 month
